Tier List
Sephiria weapon and artifact tier rankings for 1.0 (July 31, 2026).
Weapon Rankings (Overall)
The element-synergy king — with the right tablets it has the highest ceiling in the game. Build-dependent: it needs element support to shine.
The most consistent weapon in 1.0 — balanced stats and a reliable block make it the "no bad matchup" pick. The community's default recommendation.
Strong sustained DPS and the safest pick for Hard Mode, where positioning matters.
Thor Greatsword S3G and Red Snake Crusher are standout weapons; heavy stagger makes boss fights mechanical.
Good combo flow, but its power is skill-gated — mediocre in unskilled hands.
High burst ceiling, inconsistent floor — the artifacts you find decide whether it pays off.
Solo Play Rankings
Safe distance beats everything — the safest pick for Hard Mode solo runs.
Consistent in every matchup; blocking covers your mistakes.
AoE and element coverage carry solo clears once you have the right tablets.
Stagger chains shut down boss patterns for aggressive solo play.
Combo flow works, but power is skill-gated without a team to capitalize.
High burst ceiling, inconsistent floor — the artifacts you find decide whether it pays off.
Beginner Recommendations
Forgiving, consistent, every upgrade line is useful — the community's first-time pick.
Crossbow teaches positioning at safe range; Staff gives AoE and element coverage.
Greatsword punishes slow wind-ups; Katana needs combo and counterplay practice.
Hard difficulty with an inconsistent floor — come back once you know the enemy patterns.
Artifact Class Rankings
Artifacts reset each run — these are the classes worth prioritizing when they drop. See the Artifacts Guide for the full system.
Build-defining in practice — sustain artifacts keep runs alive and are the strongest class in solo play.
Match your tablet element and these carry your damage from Chapter 3 onward.
Strong in Hard Mode, where the 6 modifiers punish mistakes.
Situationally excellent — kiting builds and bullet-hell boss phases love them.
Niche value: gold, potion finds, and exploration bonuses. Take them when nothing better drops.
A Note on Tier Lists
Sephiria 1.0 launched July 31, 2026. All six weapons are viable — weapon mastery and permanent progression matter more than tier rankings. Pick the playstyle you enjoy most. Artifact value depends heavily on your build; an S-tier artifact class for one weapon may be B-tier for another. Check the Builds Guidefor weapon-specific artifact recommendations.
